Delta Mu Chapter at University of Massachusetts Amherst
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. During this month, AXO hosts its annual Luminary, which is a candlelight ceremony to show awareness against domestic violence. This event is held on campus and all of the campus and community is invited.

Pies With Alpha Chi's
During the Fall '15 semester we hosted our second annual "Pies with Alpha Chi" event. This is a $5 all you can eat pizza event. In celebration of another year hosting this event we added for and extra $1 "Pie an Alpha Chi." All procedes benefit The Center for Women and Community and Safe Passage.
Healthy Relationship Week
Healthy Realtionship Week takes place towards the beginning of Feburary. It is a week to celebrate what love means to individuals across the nation. This week we invite people to change their profile to them explaining what love means to them. This year we got to work with another chapter on campus and collaborate what love is, isn't and bring awareness to domestic violence.
Local Philanthropy
The Delta Mu chapter is host to a number of philanthropy events that benefit local organizations. As a chapter we mainly support Safe Passage in Northampton and the Center for Women and Community on campus. However, our sisters also help raise money for Baystate Children's Hospital and make donations to the Survival Center.
UMass UDance
Each year our sisters participate in UMass UDance. UDance is an all day dance marathon, which raises money for Baystate Children's Hospital. For the past two years we have sponcered the event. This means we have gone above and beyond in fundraising and have even hosted separate philanthropy events with all proceeds going directly to UDance. This year we co-hosted FTQuesadillas where we sold quesadillas For The Kids.
